These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. Only open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Any persons directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion (including but not limited to any employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, its agencies and Strava Group) are excluded from entering this Promotion.

  1. Internet access required and a valid email address are required.

  1. Entrants must have the Strava GPS Cycling and Running App (“Strava App”) via free or subscription service. Email required to register. The type of service (free or subscription service) will not affect an Entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion or their odds of winning.

The Challenge

  1. The Rimmel Lash League Challenge will be run through the Strava App, requiring entrants to log 5km of running between 00:00 GMT 05.05.2025 and 23:59 18.05.2025 and recorded on the Strava App.

  1. Before engaging in the Challenge, it is strongly recommended that you consult with your doctor or health care professional to confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to do so. In taking part in the Challenge, Entrants understand and agree that running, cycling and walking carries an inherent risk of injury, or in the worst case, death. By taking part in the Challenge, Entrants understand and agree that neither Strava nor the Promoter will be liable for any injury sustained in the course of the Challenge. Any Entrants who have any doubts as to their ability to participate in the Challenge are advised not to take part. Strava expect all athletes to honour the Strava Community Standards, which includes abiding by all health advisements and restrictions in your area prior to undertaking any physical activity. How to enter the Promotion

  1. Promotional Period opens at 00:00 GMT 05.05.2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT 25.05.2025.

  1. All entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

  1. To enter you need to complete the Rimmel Lash League Challenge using the Strava app to log 5km of running between 00:00 GMT 05.05.2025 and 23:59 GMT 18.05.2025. When you are notified that you have completed the challenge, click on the ‘Redeem Reward’ button to be redirected to a website entry page then enter your name and email address. Entrants must complete the entry process by 23.59 GMT 25.05.2025 after which any further entries will not be accepted.

  1. Maximum 1 entry per person.

  1. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

  1. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

  1. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

  1. No cash or alternative prize or gift will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar Prize or gift of equal or greater value. The Prizes and gifts are non-transferable.

Winner Selection

  1. Prize. One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries during the Promotional Period using a verifiably random computer process with 7 days of the end the Promotional Period.

  1. Online Instant Win gifts: There is a total of 1,000 winning moments available throughout the Promotional Period. During the Promotional Period, gifts will be randomly distributed via winning moments (pre-determined random time slots specified by day, hour, minute, second) set between 00:00 GMT 05.05.2025 and 23:59 GMT 25.05.2025 by a secure, independently verified computer programme. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on, or after, a winning moment, you win the gift randomly pre-allocated to that winning moment. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any gift not won before the next winning moment is rolled over and will be rolled over into the next winning moment and be available to be won then. No guarantee all gifts will be won.

Winner Notification

  1. Prize: The winner be contacted via email using the email address used to enter within 7 days of winner selection and will be required to respond via email to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide proof ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearing showing the winner’s date of birth). The prize must be accepted within 14 days of initial contact. In the event the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, is ineligible or unable to take their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If the winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner as detailed in clause 16. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account, including their junk and spam folders, during this time in case they are the winner.

  1. Online Instant Win: During the Promotional Period, winners will be notified instantly on screen when they enter if they have won a gift, what gift they have won and next steps to claim their gift. On notification, winners will be required to enter their postal address for gift delivery. If a winner does not provide all the required information immediately, a reminder email will be sent by the Promoter to the email address supplied during entry and the winner will have 14 days to reply with the required information. On completion of the on-screen instructions, winners will receive a confirmation of their gift via the email address used to enter the promotion. Winners should check their spam / junk email account folders during this period.

Prize and gift Delivery

  1. Prizes and gifts will be delivered by tracked mail within 28 days of completion of the claim process and any verification process. In the unlikely event that the prize or gift does not arrive within the 28 day period, a winner will have a further 7 days to inform the Promoter by email to [email protected]. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this time frame, the Promoter reserves the right not to reissue the prize or gift.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of a prize or gift. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize or gift acceptance or delivery of their prize or gift.

  1. Data Protection: The personal data provided by entrants to the Promoter will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion, including contacting winners and delivering prizes. The Promoter will process personal data on the basis of the Entrants’ consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.coty.com/en-gb/privacy-notice). Data will be stored for 3 months after the closing date of the promotion and will then be securely deleted. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to [email protected]. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

  1. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to events outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries (this includes, without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion). If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all winners including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form if identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw offer entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

  1. The Promoter will make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of the promotion period. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting [email protected]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to refuse such request.

  1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury or death due to negligence, and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

  1. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a claimant’s participation.

  1. The Promoter’s decision in all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

  1. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

  1. The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to the law of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English and Welsh courts. Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
